I'd prefer macca and it's shown since she has been injured how many we are conceding, his a good keeper for us.

Russ just said on the RH interview that Luton are good, but not "inflammable"  :)

Think the greater experience of Matt is a better bet myself, with Wilks ready to come on if needed. Matt was playing well last week before he got injured.

Anyway, about to set off and walk to BP.

Who is the guy on the pitch with the other players with no number on his shorts?

Nathan Arnold's sat a few rows in front of me in upper.

Not happy with Fenty, not happy with Slade, not happy with our recruitment, not happy with our form, our style of play or the way we lurch from one mistake to the next off the pitch.

But...

Come 3pm on match day, it all has to be put to one side. Let's support the players, hope they put on a good performance and bring home the three points.

One point in the circumstance would be ok, but Luton aren't Man City. We're at home. UTM!

It was the same last season. Pretty much decided it's not worth paying just for commentary since the other videos end up being put up for free anyway. They removed full game videos from the service and only allow overseas people to stream and view game videos now so not worth it. Paying for commentary service that doesn't work and is available on radio anyway.

Flashscores just gave Luton a 1-0 lead then a minute later cancelled it...phew :o

Ref then gives Luton a corner but linesman over rules him and gives us a goal kick!!

That's all of our luck for 2018 used up then ::)

Decent 1st half not much goal threat most shots from 25yrds out and apart from summers bar rattler a little wayward at best. Luton missed a sitter after we cleared a corner off the line but otherwise have been easily contained. Fair sending off deffo both yellows and had to go. Davies struggling at times just seems off his game, lots of poor control and passes when not under pressure.
There is hope UTM

Decent first half with Summerfield hitting the crossbar from one of his long range shots that usually sail far over the bar. The sending off was after 2 yellow cards and he probably should have been sent off after the first challenge. We need to stop their centre half from playing out at the back and picking passes, close him down and you shut down the way they are trying to play.

Good effort so far Town we just need to support the forward players a bit more and get a goal or two, we can win this.

I appreciate we're up against a team that's likely to win promotion to League 1, but they're being made to play the majority of the match with 10 men and we're at home. We probably have a bigger squad than them.

The fact that we're losing at the moment is most likely down to a lack of confidence, a lack of belief, a lack of requisite skill throughout the team and I'm afraid it all stems back to Russell Slade.

He's got to hope that the players can find something from somewhere otherwise even more fans will drop away and we'll slip closer to those relegation places.

Two or three games apart, this season has been abysmal to watch.

It's staggering that we're one down against 10 men with less than 20 mins left yet have three centre backs on the pitch and the new striker still sat on the bench.

I can take losing 1-0 to the league leaders. I can even, just about, forgive losing 1-0 to the league leaders when they've had ten men for a long time. But keeping five defenders on at the back at home to 10 men when you're losing is absolutely unforgivable. Slade out.
