Seeing as sacking Slade will do nothing to improve us IMO, who needs to go?

Whilst i know most of the below won't leave, as no one is stupid enough to want them, something needs to change.

Mckeown - Keep
Killip - Keep

Davies - Keep
Dixon - Leave
Clarke - Keep
Collins - Keep
Mills - Keep
Osborne - Leave
Hall-Johnson - Not a clue what this was even about... Leave

McAllister - Leave
Berrett - Leave
Rose - Keep
Kelly - Leave
Clifton - Leave
Osborne - Leave
Bolly - Leave
Summerfield - Keep
DJ - Keep
Clements - Leave
Wright - Keep
Dembele - Keep
Woolford - Leave

Jones - Keep
Hooper - Leave
Cardwell - Leave
Vernon - Leave
Matt - Keep
Asante - Leave

The fact i have put 13 Keep & 16 Leave, Shows we are a bang average team

I would be tempted to let Jones leave, as hes done nothing for a couple of months now.
J.Osborne can leave if hes not arsed about playing
K.Osborne can leave, as he seems to be one of those that get better when they dont play, and Clarke and Collins have improved since the start of the season.

Only Crawley, Morecambe and FGR have scored less than us this season...

It began with me being impressed with slade appointment.
It soon changed.
we then won 3/4? on a bounce and i questioned if he actually was up for it.
The problem is he set out too high of targets in the summer, when they didn't come off, we was then left with some garbage players

Fenty see's this as a long term fix, he stuck by Hurst when we had possibly the worst spell as a football club ever, and he eventually did the task, and i feel he is going to do the same with slade

Collins - Keep Age, a year older next season and looks like he's struggling now

Hall-Johnson - Not a clue what this was even about... Leave Couldn't say

McAllister - Leave
Berrett - Leave
Rose - Keep
Kelly - Leave
Clifton - Leave
Osborne - Leave Is it him? Is it Slade? Is it temporary personal reasons? Keep
Bolly - Leave
Summerfield - Keep
DJ - Keep He's not our player to choose whether we keep
Clements - Leave
Wright - Keep He's playing for Scarborough not tearing it up in the Conference - Not sure
Dembele - Keep He'll be gone this window or as soon as he can get out
Woolford - Leave

Jones - Keep Is it Jones? Is it Slade? Is it our playing style?
Hooper - Leave
Cardwell - Leave Worth giving a go.. he's a young lad learning
Vernon - Leave
Matt - Keep Not sure about him either
Asante - Leave

Doesn't look great does it. Whether some would perform better under another manager is a moot point. Our recruitment has been shocking for the past two seasons. One or two gems and the rest pretty much Conference standard at best..

This is why none of us are professional football managers, everyone of our players was deemed good enough when they initially signed. Either that or our professional managers were wrong.

Fenty didnt see RS as a long term fix at all....on RS's appointment/ departure of Bignot JF stated that RS was expected to get success in the immediate future....it was Bignot who had the grander, long term sustainability plan involving a restructure of youth especially around the 18 - 23 age group to make us self sustaining......JF obviously wasnt happy with that and the clear expectation placed upon the Slade appointment was promotion contenders THIS season.

JF now either has to back RS in this window big time to achieve his stated ambition  or change his ambitions, see the season out with what we have and re-assess come the end of the season as to whether  RS has underperformed, whether RS was hand tied with the squad he inherited or whether RS is the man to give free reign to in the summer to try again next season.

The sacking of Slade and the appointment of a new manager would hopefully give the squad a boost.  Those that are not performing now, might thrive under a new manager who understands the word tactics, in the same way, Summerfield is thriving under Slade whereas, under Hurst and Bignot, the majority wanted him shot at dawn.

So keep everyone and let the new manager decide who he wants at the end of the season when he's judged them.
