Found that soccerbase was more up to date than wikipedia for mustoe made about 40 appearances over last 2 seasons in the belgian pro league, hasnt played since december though, we seem to be getting alot of players who have had long term injury layoffs, at least thats what I assume has happened.

As for jamil roberts who is he as I can only find an american player whos not played since 2009 lol

Jamil Roberts is an ex Plymouth YT (released 2016) who was at a non-league club last year.

Yes Jamil Roberts is the ex Plymouth youth and not the American guy who is listed on Wiki.

We seem to be scratting around the bargain basement bin with some of these trialists, 2 weeks before the season starts, just 4 defenders on the books (not a single left back) and still no sign of a genuine replacement for Bogle  :-/

Trialists tonight are not good enough for where this club needs to be.

Dixon , Al Haj and Robinson on the other hand are quality and I'd like to see them signed permenantly

So has Robinson definitely gone, seems a strange one that not sure what more you can do in about 90 mins total game time,surely worth another look.

Osbourne to me seems a great fit,big strong lad with plenty of experience.perfect to have alongside either Collins or Clarke

How did the Trialists play? whoever they were? Even the match report from the club call them trailists like somehow they forgot who they are.

If he was a trialist the centre back 1st half did well, communicated and worked well with DC.
If the left winger was a trialist, very fast quick and old fashioned with a good cross.
Second half a big black centre back played the last 30mins, he was huge and won everything in the air. Didn't really see much on the floor going that way to comment on anything else.

Id give this lad another look by the sound of it. Especially if he was a youngster from non league who other clubs not prepared to take a punt on him because he's non league

Lukeo. Dunno if youve seen any pre-season games yet or not but collins' partner 1st half was clarke and left mid was kelly. Both signed players. Kayleigh osbourne was the trialist centre half in the last 30 mins. Our other trialists were 1st half left back jordan mustoe and jamil roberts in the second half.
