Seems to me that our defence suddenly looks shaky last couple of games. Sounds like their striker is giving Pearson a tough time. Of course, we have missed a couple of sitters as per and conceded a long range effort.

Interesting set of results.  Still plenty of time for Dan Holman or Danny Wright to bundle a few in. Holman must be charged up as he's back on his old stomping ground.  I bet the pitch is as good as always.

Strange day for Halifax, Wembley and dropped into bottom 4 in the same afternoon.

Obviously pleased to be going to Wembley again but it's losing it's buzz with these frequent visits.

Lincoln LOSE to relegation strugglers Kidderminster
Forest Green DRAW with Tranmere after going down to 10 men
Cheltenham LOSE disappointingly to Braintree

Town on the other hand book a trip to Wembley. Time to crack out the gin 8)

I should be overjoyed with today's win and another final at wembley, but strangely am not, am very subdued. Will I go to the final, not sure at the moment. A lot really will depend on future league and hopefully playoffs results first.
But massive credit to the whole team, podge will get the glory with his 2 goals but it takes a team effort to get through the rounds to get there.

And here is the thing, there is something fundamentally different about this Lincoln team and it has been proved again, and again, this season.

Moyses's calls it 'the right character'. It was his key phrase when it came to recruitment over the summer. Every player he brought in had to have 'the right character'.
It was clearly still there today and I expect to see it on the pitch on Saturday against (bottom of the table)  Kidderminster Harriers.

Bought a ticket for today's game but, after last week's dire game on the south coast, I decided I really couldn't be bothered to drive for 7 hours today to watch this one! However, of course I'm pleased we won and I'll attend the final on the 22nd as well as the play-off final on the 15th, whichever teams contest that one.....
