Some decent names on that released list, none more than keeper Sam Russell who has always (bar the once) impressed when he's played against us.

Given how critical his brother Adrian was of Dave Moore after he left I doubt we would stand a chance of signing Forbes. Doesn't seem to have been in favour this season by all accounts.

If we go up non of them would be anywhere near the required standard imo

Norwood has always been a big time Charlie and seems to fail to deliver when he needs too. He had a nightmare against us at BP this season...

It wouldn't surprise me if Norwood goes to a FL club. Class player for this level

Not sure what the word is about Norwood but looking at previous interviews PH is an admirer.

Once PH likes a player he will always go in for them he waited three years for Mackreth 2 years for Ross Hannah 2 years for John-Lewis etc so i bet he is alerted to James Norwood already depends if Norwood wants to move up here and also he seems to have a bit of Scott Neilson attitude about him i could be wrong.
