I think we know what most of the team will be probably some places still up for grabs.

Jesus, I've always been an advocate of sticking with players if they take their chances when presented. Hannah has just given PH a huge headache. Good on him. BR winning btw.

Gas two up now. Terrible defensive play by Alfreton who are pretty much relegated now.

I don't think it is a headache for Hurst in reality. I don't think he will start Hannah - he's probably just cemented his place on the bench.

Palmer seems to have gone off the boil in the last few weeks and others who have seen him play say he's quite selfish when better opportunities were on to score.  Hannah could turn out to be a super sub you just never know.

Can't Gateshead do us one favour? Just one....

So much so that before today in 8 starts and 19 sub appearances he had scored 3 goals, at a rate of one every 300 minutes roughly.

Palmer, Pittman and LJL are all at least 100 mins per goal better.

Indeed, come on Gateshead. Want Rovers to do it because I quite like them and I think it'll be better for us (assuming we get past FGR which look like our semi play off opponents at present.) if we play Barnet in the final.

Tragic for Macc to crumble in the last few weeks.

Also, I'd be genuinely gutted if I were a macc fan. Up there virtually all season but just let it go when it really matters. Don't know when they will have a better chance

That was a tactical ploy by Justin Edinburgh cos he wanted us in the play offs as the weakest of the contenders.

But if they can pull it back in the next half hour then they're in the play offs as it stands.

What's happened to Humble, Winfarrah and Walker this season? I thought today's game would have been a nice opportunity for at least a couple of them to make the bench.

Eastleigh winning, Looks like it's Eastleigh we play then, We stand a good chance to get to Wembley imo.

Hope we play Eastleigh; I think we'd have a better chance and we'd take more (myself among them) as it's only an hour out of Waterloo on the rattler.  I'm sure lots of the London-based fans would turn out for that game.

Can just about get to FGR after work. No chance of getting to Eastleigh.

Finishing on a win, our highest ever points tally in our history (albeit in the conference), and we've been paired up with a team we've beaten home and away already. Plenty more to do but reasons to be optimistic.

Watched the Barnet game, 2nd goal from a corner where their player dribbled it out nearly a foot over the line for a goalkick by the corner flag and ref gave them a corner; more terrible seriously game affecting ineptness from officials. Other goal a cracker from distance, looks like they had the luck when they needed it.

We comprehensively outplayed and beat the champions. That's gonna sting if we don't go up too.

Bristol Rovers were robbed !!!!!!!!!

Barnet scored from corner that should have been a goal kick,

Gateshead goal given offside when telly proved it was a good goal,

So final score should have read  1-1 and rovers go up as champions.

but perhaps all 7 of the Bristol goals were also contraversial meaning it should have been 0-0 ?   :)
