JT asks him : '620 fans today, outnumbering the home fans. What does that mean to the players?'

Sir Carl replies: 'It means everything, we do our best as players whenever we get the opportunity to speak out about them that about how much of an impact they have on the team. You know it makes a hell of a difference. You suddenly feel apart  of a proper football club, you walk out onto the pitch and you hear the song that they sing and the noise that they create. You know its a cliché but they are our twelfth man and they don't realise how important they are at picking up points'

Just proves what a difference we can make and how much off a part we have to make for the running. We all need to pull together and make a racket for the final 5 games. I personally think that they away games will take care of themselves in terms of us creating an electric atmosphere but we need to put in that extra bit of effort at home to make BP a fortress for our remaining 3 home games. Where have all the flags gone from the Barnet game? They would look fantastic in a packed out pontoon. We can be the difference as Magnay has stated so lets back up his words and create the best atmosphere at BP in years. UTM

Anybody remember the old Scaffold song, thank you very much?

"Thank you very much for Carl Magney, thank you very much, thank you very very much..."

I like that, along with the huge Carl Magnay banner. :)

I've got a very large St George flag with Union Jack in one of the corners. The flag is from a Royal Navy ship that I acquired about 10 years ago. Feel free to Carl Magnay it at signs express or something. It is big like but he's worth the effort right?

Thinking Carl Magnay right across the middle then GTFC middle of the Union Jack?

Thought you were going to say Lily the Pink for a moment

"Uncle Ebenezer
Thought he was Julius Caesar
So they put him in a ho-o-ome
Where they gave him
Medicinal Compound
Now he's Emp-er-or of Rome"

Carl Magney doesn't fit in with Lilly The Pink, otherwise...

Loved the new chant which went to the tune of 'the lion sleeps tonight'.

'We are Grimsby
The mighty Grimsby
We always win away
We are Grimsby
The mighty Grimsby
we always win away'

6 wins away 6 wins away 6 wins away 6 wins away 6 wins away (Now 5)

As a conservator, I urge you to keep it as it is and look after it!

Otherwise, with a new flag it's a great idea! (tick)

Wouldn't it be great for the players walked out at BP to all four stands full of black n white chanting  MARINERS,MARINERS,MARINERS,MARINERS INCESSANTLY like we use to years ago in the glorious McMenemy era. It was a wall of noise Big L use to hold them back a bit until the crowd was in full voice and when they appeared we went wild ;D ;D ;D ;D.It's no more than the lads deserve.

The best song from yesterday was surely Scott Brown's to the tune of James' "Sit Down".

"Oh Scott Brown,
Oh Scott Brown,
Oh Scott Brown,
Next to Craig Disley..."
