I've put my personalised town reg on ebay. Sad to let it go, but no use for it as I'm getting a lease car. UTM

Think I've seen yr plate at a game or two....VW Golf?

Saying that I've also seen G2TFC around and about too so maybe got them mixed up

Would love to have a personalised plate but finances (or should I say my wife) wouldn't be up for it

Good luck selling it on....seems like a bargain to me if anyone's got a few quid spare

Yep that's the one -VW golf. I'm a bit gutted to be getting rid of it but no use for it when I get a lease car. Have had some good banter with people whilst driving it around manchester for past few years..!

Yes definitely likely to go for a good price compared to buying one from DVLA! :)

BUT

Just down the road in Essex the all the plates start with GY,

I keep saying to the wife we should get one of those.

Before the recent change of the number plate year to 15, I was toying with a few reg numbers I'd like (IF I only had the readies!)

Didn't realise the GY prefix was from Suffolk Pete but ones I liked were

GY 15 ACE
GY 15 FAB

and the one I really hope to see at the end of April
