I think we'll finish 2nd or 3rd and i'm not looking forward to the play offs one bit. Please prove me wrong Town and go win the thing.

sorry but I can not see Barnet only getting 5 pts from their last 6 games, the reverse fixtures they took 14 pts from 18

I did say it was a bit rose tinted.
Here's was what I did...
Draw vs Alfreton away (possible.. Alfreton need points to avoid relegation zone)
Draw vs Nuneaton at home (Nuneaton had a good results yesterday, maybe they can do it again)
Lose vs Dartford away (never an easy place to go)
Win vs Halifax at home (Halifax fighting for play offs but Barnet to win this one)
Lose vs Kidderminster away (Tricky away game)
Draw vs Gateshead at home (last day nerves and John Oster scores last minute equaliser to send Town up!)
5 points from six games.
Of course Town have some very similar games and need to win 6 out of 7!

I really can't see them losing at Dartford.

In my mind we can only really win the league if we win all our remaining games. If we do that we probably deserve it too. What that does mean though, if Barnet do match the points total of their reverse fixtures, we win it by one point.
Seven huge games for us.

I think to win the title we need to win our last 7, 6 wins and 1 draw might do it - anything less and it's the play offs.
We've got two tricky games, Tuesday and home to Gateshead. We should win the other 5.
Barnet's last three are hard but both Halifax and Gateshead maybe playing for nothing at that stage - my guess is they will take 6 points from those 3 and therefore we need them to drop a couple of points in their next 3.

I've just done it and I put Town to win every game, Bristol Rovers to lose every game and Barnet to get a point at Kidderminster but lose every other game. The final table looks very promising!

A more realistic positive Trev - I don't mind if we scrape it by 1 point!! We are on a run - they are not! 8) 8)

Thanks for that BM, seems some fans are worried about us catching them, if we win tomorrow night we stand a real good chance, I said Eastleigh was the biggest game of the season but Dover is now the biggest game of the season, if we want top spot we must win tomorrow. If we do win it's going to put real pressure on Barnet & Bristol because they know they won't be able to slip up.
We've got to win tomorrow!

They are that concerned about us that their home fans have got together and they are going to Dover to cheer against us,
All three Barnet fans will be wearing Barnet's colours,
So you will know who they are. ;)

This is what I got:
Team P GD Pts
Grimsby 46 67 89
Dover
Torquay
We win all the remaining games 5-0. Barnet, Macc, Rovers all get 30 point deductions due to financial irregularities and Dover and Torquay come good with late winning streaks. I've tested it all out.... It does happen.

Let's hope the title dream is not over at Dover and we are well in at Welling!
