The supporters at a Bristol all sound shot to pieces. Most consider that they have been riding their luck.

Talk of a couple of new loan signings this week. Our experience of this has been that bringing in loans this late in the season can really unsettle a team. Certainly won't do anything for the morale of their existing players

sounds good to me, discontent when you're top of the table sounds like a recipe for a collapse

Sounds like Eastleigh showed plenty of 'professionalism' .

At their place Constable and Midson spent most of the game diving every time Toto or Shaun came near. Mostly the ref wasn't conned but I though they were a total embarrassment to the game.

Need to play at pace because the tempo we had down their was too much for them.

Chester is the only game that happens for now though

I think some on here who have a go at those who question GTFC at times and say it is a "Grimsby issue" should take a peek at the Barnet and  Macclesfield forums as well as the Bristol Rovers forums.

Talk of players not good enough, managers not knowing what they are doing and yes some even suggesting the manager should be replaced.

At that final whistle yesterday, "discontent" is about the last thing that could be aimed at our squad.  Whether we agree or not with the whys and wherefores of different players coming and going, PH clearly has a squad playing for each other and the fans and who truly believe they can do this.  That's the biggest asset we've got for these next nine games and we have to make use of it.

Agree, we have just got to get the away atmosphere at our remaining home games and we will be fine.

You think Bristol rovers fans are harsh. You should see Barnets board  ;D

Although looking at Barnets next two away fixtures I would really hope we have leapfrogged them within the next two games ( Halifax and Eastleigh away) because after that there run in looks good.

And Macclesfield's. They are all getting a bit twitchy now. Had to happen. We need to believe and keep our nerve and it will be interesting to see where the current team spirit and fan support will take us.

No surprise that others are down and we are on a high. Long way to go yet though so let's keep our feet on the ground for now.

From what I have seen Magnay is a big influence in our present team, he is a born leader and shows a lot of passion, we are lucky to have someone like him in our team, we have been crying out for someone like him for years!

One comment from a gas fan said we never do it the easy way, how many times have we seen that quote on The Fishy

To be fair, a few comments made on a message board are not really a true reflection. Just look at this very board. 6 weeks ago the players weren't good enough, Hurst was clueless, it was all ITV digitalis fault and we were doomed for another season in the abyss...

However, with the added pressure of now a couple of other teams in a potential title race and a couple of injuries etc the pressure is on Bristol Rovers and the easy ride they thought they'd have from now on in doesn't look that simple...
