North Ferriby v Wrexham. How many tickets will North Ferriby sell? The Findus could hold the entire population of North Ferriby I think. Is anyone on here thinking of going out of interest?

Well done to North Ferriby for getting to the final but I hate the competition and couldn't really imagine dragging myself there again to watch us play, let alone anyone else.

Not sure how much money Ferriby are guaranteed and could win.

The FA link above reports the result today as:

"AET, North Ferriby United FC won 4-2 on kicks from the penalty mark".

This is a very odd way of describing a penalty shoot-out.

Pleased for ferriby winning today. I live just down the road from them and I might tag along with a few mates if they are taking a minibus down there. It's a day out anyway and not bothered about the result.

Show's what kind of cup it is and why we shouldn't be interested.

That's the line that the FA have always used to offcially describe the result of a penalty shoot-out.

I will go along with that, could be that they will visit one famous ground this season which we won`t, I hope they do OK

Be interesting how many Wrexham take this time - when they played us 2 years ago it was their first trip to Wembley (they had 19k there).

At least it should be a bit warmer for them this time.

Also, I understand that BT Sport are showing the game live this season.

Supporter-owned, sustainably run club vs village side that spends way beyond its means?

Wrexham please.

Yeah it was a bitter cold day Les

It didn't feel right that day at all either (but guess we'd been spoilt with Auto 98 & Play-off 98) *We'll also forget the matches v Cheltenham & MK Fake

Lets hope its our turn this year - please! (clap)

The final is tomorrow - Wembley will be sparse....

Wrexham have sold - 10k, North Ferriby - 3k

We should have a small local connection at the game tomorrow. Local lad Sam Topliss is on loan at Ferriby from Hull and should be playing tomorrow.

That must be 97% of the village going from N. Ferriby then. 8)

I think your about right there Pete. I live 2 miles from ferriby, it's only a village at the end of the day. Massive achievement for them and Nathan jarman is one of their strikers. Don't know if he is playing tommorrow? Thought some hull fans might have tagged along but obviously not, they only get a couple of hundred for their games do 3000 isn't a bad turnout.

Great little village only five minutes away from me and
a super friendly club.

Pleased to say they will have some Mariner support
behind them from around here.

Good luck to them.
