Wonder when it's likely to be rearranged... any guesses, surely after the Telford game so sometime in March?

Cue 3 separate threads outlining a conspiracy and professional ineptitude running to dozens of posts on each.

Happy with this - no chance of making it due to shift I'm on this week . Well done Dover . Excellent decision !

Is this the only league to ever get games cancelled?

Yes, yes it is.

Do you really need that statement explaining? After, what, the fourth postponement in three weeks? I've never known such a run to be "the norm" in any league bar this one. It's an annual problem and it bores me.

Yes I know isn't PH excrement, God knows why he didn't spend ten hours driving there and back today, it's not like he's got anything else to do.

A shame, but better to call it off early than waste everyone's time going down there.  Can't we see if Telford are around and fancy a game tomorrow night?

Fed up of these tinpot clubs having games called off. They should be forced to forfeit the game. And be placed on the sex offenders register.

Nice typo on the BBC site...
Shame it's not true.....   Yet!!

Tuesday's game between Dover Athletic against Grimsby Town in the Conference has been postponed.
The pitch at Crabble is frozen and temperatures are predicted to stay low for the next couple of days.
A pitch inspection took place on Monday evening and the decision was taken to call off the game.
Dover are 12th in the Conference table, four points adrift of the play-offs, while Grimsby are fourth, nine points behind leaders Grimsby.

At least the BBC's forecast for Nailsworth is getting up to 6 or 7 and lows of 2 at night by Wednesday so we should be ok. Except we won't because they'll never by an FGR match on a Saturday. Lets just hope this is the last against them in this tin pot league.

He gets paid to coach and manage, not spend an entire working day driving back and forth to have a chat with a ref on a bog :-)
