I'm not expecting Mr Fenty back on to answer it, but does anybody know if the players have any bonus or incentive scheme in their contracts that relates to promotion?

Having recently read Macca's book, he talks about how Lennie Lawrence changed the bonus scheme, and then again, talks about how his wages dropped under the new regime.
