When you look at the Parish council reports from Great Coates, Healing and New Waltham they seem to descend into a regular round of farcical arguments between council members.

I'm sure the club could build allotments, community gardens and all manner of ecological projects into the new plans, or even just buy each allotment -holder off with a few grand.  For now, the plans aren't nearly advanced enough to be worrying about them.  Let's get a plan and permission, then start picking off support.
