has anyone else noticed Man Utd slowly creeping up the league ? Without even playing that well ...............

I am not a premiership expert but........hmmm, that might be connected to the £100m+ they spent on players?

And yet they are still miles away from competing with chelsea. Van Gaal has assembled the most expensive squad in English football yet they still aren't very good and they'll be left with an injury prone 30 year old that will cost millions and still a urine poor back four.

Personally I think it highlights once again that the premiership isn't half as good as the pundits tell us it is...

Most pundits I've heard this season have spoke about how no-one can defend, not how good it is. Although bad defending does make for entertainment I suppose.

As for it being money dominated, that's the same as most leagues isn't it!

Man U's current run is a bit worrying, but Arsenal and their rubbish defence aside, the teams they've beaten are sides you'd expect them to beat (unless David Moyes was manager)
