Anybody if the draw will be bang on 7pm? My break at work runs from 6:45pm-7:05pm so maybe I need to accidentally on purpose delay it 10 minutes in case they faff about at the beginning?

They'll milk it for all it's worth. I reckon if you crack on for ten minutes to delay your break you'd be doing your company a great service.
