Firstly, I make no apologies for posting this as it is a cause very, very close to my heart.
Who? you may ask. Well Pontus was a 33-year old, top-flight Swedish footballer who only 2 months ago was diagnosed with a brain tumour.
Sadly, he passed away yesterday, showing just how devastating a brain tumour can be.
I will not stop trying to raise awareness until a cure is found for this vile, awful disease.
