Grimsby were just better than us ..They ran the game first half ,put pressure on us in every area ..Two years ago Harris and keates would have out fought them but they cant do it any more .. It looked a definitely pen from were I sat in GUS .And Moult seemed to stamp on player so we cant blame the ref.
We are still 2 or 3 players short of a promotion team. hopefully the board will give KW some monies from the profit we made from the big crowd.

I am beginning to wonder about Wilkin . he seemed to be developing a half decent 442 and then resorts to go back to the 4312 that weakens the midfield and leaves the full backs exposed. For the first 30 minutes Grimbsy were in absolute control until he was forced to return to 442. Football is a simple game but at the moment Wilkin seems to be making it overly complex.

Disgusting performance. Grimsby were first to every second ball, every challenge and every loose ball. What excuse can there be for that?

No midfield shape and hardly any threat.
Disappointed in Wilkin today - poor selection. Durrell deserved a start and Holman needs more than 4mins.

Big crowd and we bottle it. Typical. Why oh why do we always do this, no floating fan will come back now.

Midfield totally dominated by the physical Grimsby. All three need replacing. Isn't Harris struggling with a hernia? It's ok he can play two games then miss two..

Grimsby have 2 good wingers in Mackreth & Neilson and he plays a narrow formation exposing our full backs.

Jenning and Durrell should have started. Harris has done naff all for about a year now.

Most objective views I have read about gtfc in a while!

Isn't this what smaller teams do to us ?  Dover , Altringham , Southport , Nuneaton etc .
