I am thinking if we do not have Hurst in charge we will have a convincing 4-0 win,

If Hurst is in charge we will struggle but win 1-0, just prolonging the agony a little longer,

ATT 3,189 if no Hurst

Att 2,702 if Hurst still here,

Not bothered who scores as long as we win.

3-0 Town. We need a convincing win, not just grabbing a flukey 1-0 against a struggling side.

I think he will be given this next two matches, if not doig will take over short term, i have no problem with that, what i do have a problem is dave moore sticking his nose in, not like he was a good manager when he had the chance , and should stick to his job as physio and stay sat down

Moore didn't get them relegated and was in charge their biggest league win in modern history so he can't have been that bad.

He wasnt that good either, his job is sorting out the injured,, doig is the one that is supposed to be hursts assistant not the flipping sponge carrier

I think your being unfair to Dave Moore. I have never seen him volunteer an opinion to Hurst.
Hurst always as far as I can see approach Moore.

Well she did a great job when Buckley up and went to West Brom and took his staff with him

If that happens we will be stuck with Hurst for life,

If we win 9-1 you might say , " yes we want him to stay "

BUT

We would then go on and lose the next 3 games.

One things for sure, Altrincham won't be short of confidence having stuffed Halifax in their own back garden on Saturday.

2701 turn up to watch town win 4-2. Goals from Magnay, Oates, Hannah and Brown
Posted by: denni266, October 6, 2014, 5:18am; Reply: 24
they will be full of it after winning at the weekend.. so hurst will draft two extra defence minded players in and set up 4-5-1. . oats will come on with 5 to go to score an equaliser, and he will get droped for next game for not defending for the full 5 mins  ;)

Hurst will make 4 changes but refuse to say why he dropped Neilson,  Brown and Pearson.

Hurst ( assuming still here) will not be wanting to lose for obvious reasons and I expect a 1-1 bore draw, or it could go the other way depending on player loyalty and we win 3-0

Town 2 Altrincham 1 Neilson,Hannah Att 2740

Town go a goal down and then sneak a win in another below par performance. The 500 drop on the attendance starts off a Winter of discontent on the terraces and Hurst gets the boot on Dec 28th after Town get mauled 0-2 at home by Lincoln.

Very much a mixed bag then.  ::) :)

I wouldn't like to predict the result, but I think the attendance will be about 2600.

1-1, Neilson.

3150 official attendance although looks more like 2500.

Altrincham to score first (you just know it will be Damien Reeves).....as a few have mentioned.

Will we score, play well, win.............who knows!

We will win by an odd goal having created only about 3 clear cut chances. LJL will miss a sitter, Hannah will spend nearly all match offside and miss a sitter, Brown will score for us on around 83 mins after which McKeown will make a match winning save in injury time. Att 2876, 27 from Altrincham
