I have just read that during Cambridge City ( not united ) last game,
One player had a shot at goal,
His fellow striker thought he should have passed the ball to him,
They squared up to each other swearing,
Then one head butted the other,
The ref sent them both off,
I wonder if we could give the one of our strikers on loan,
Oh! we do not have any to spare have we ? ;D ;D ;D

At Darlington IIRC, both sent off.

I was there that night. Sent Watson off first. Tony Rees waited til his red card was shown then sprinted across the pitch to have another go at Watson as he was going down the tunnel. Arthur Mann rugby-tackled him before he reached him though. Another worthwhile trip to see the Mariners!
