Not that they ever mean a lot, but according to the latest statisitics on the latest Vanarama Conference Bulletin, Lenny is jointly the player with the most shots on target this season and the team with the most shots on target is Town.

Yeah, we should have kidnapped Bogle's family and forced him to sign for us. Alternatively, I suppose we could have kidnapped him and brainwashed him to make him sign for us.

Most shots off target maybe..
Note those stats indicate LJL has had more efforts on target than anyone else (but Rooney), despite the fact he's missed 3 matches due to injury and most of one after being sent off.
However, as has been noted in the past, if LJL was a good finisher, he wouldn't be playing for us.
As for the other stat, well, we've all been complaining about our disappointing finishing, so it shouldn't be too much of a surprise that we're not taking enough of our chances.

We seem to have loads of shots on target in games this season but a 25 yard dribbler into the goalie's hands counts so what does it really mean?
Fact is.. if you take away 6-1 and 7-0 we have only scored 11 goals in 11 games... nuff said

And if you ignore the other 11 matches, we're averaging 6.5 goals a game! Woo-hoo!
