Just watched Marvellous on BBC 2   9pm  tonight, fact based feature length drama about the life of Neil Baldwin, a man with learning difficulties who worked as a circus clown and kit man for Stoke City, great story.

Also watched it and enjoyed it immensely. His simple view on life is very uplifting.

Fantastic program, definitely watch on I player if you missed it, maybe he could give a team talk to town players.  But behind it all a fantastic heartwarming story of a guy who lived a very simple happy life, and everyone warmed to him.

Agree with the previous poster views. Really uplifting story and thoroughly enjoyable viewing. In my opinion the world could do with more people like Lou Macari.

Best single programme I've seen on T.V. for a very long time. A truly heartwarming tale that will have helped an awful lot of people understand the issues for not only folks with learning difficulties but the concerns of those who look after them....
Massive credit due to Lou Macari.
