Found a useful program that instantly hosts screenshots from your desktop or whatever:

I simply press ctrl+shift+4 and can grab a screenshot which is instantly hosted, no messing around with imageshack or hotlinking other websites and it just copies a web address into my clipboard ready for me to paste here:

I can then use the fishy's img tags [img][/img]

and paste the address inbetween them

you have to create an account but this takes 15 seconds if you're slow
