Just had a look at the BSP table after 32 games last year. This was funnily enough the weekend Woods got sacked after a poor 1-1 draw at home to Forest Green. We were 9th in the table, on 45 points and 9 points from the play offs, albeit with 2 games in hand. Our form wasn't awful, but we weren't going anywhere.
This season we're on 54 points and on the edge of the play offs. I'm not Fenty's greatest fan, but he deserves credit for making the change and taking a gamble on S&H which, after a shaky start, is taking shape nicely and the future looks bright.

The whole set up now smacks of professionalism, albeit with some passion that can be overboard occasionally.

Both Scott and Hurst have stated many times that they want 100% from every player, and that includes those waiting on the sidelines to force their way back in game subs.

We have protectors in for those who are better ball players and the ball whizzing around the pitch looks so much better than hopeful hoofing!

Let's hope this style and graft stays in place right through to a glorious season end.
