Interesting all seem to be going for a town win. Is this on the basis of a decent away win today? Eastleigh will provide a much sterner test I feel and we could struggle here. Impossible to predict anything yet without knowing what the team is likely to be. We are up against an impressive home record but our away record isn't too shabby either. They keep grinding out results anything but a defeat will be a good result. Will guess a score line nearer the time.

Easteigh beat Lincoln 4-0 in their last name but they that was 17 days ago (or it will be on Tuesday)! Hopefully they will have forgotten the basics and we will win 3-0.

Cheers Pete, a pint of cider would do nicely, will toast 3 points with it I hope, (is that better?)  ;)

We should go there full of confidence and players up for it. First job is to stop them playing, by closing down quickly and keeping good shape at the back. Macca is on a good streak just now too. Depending on who is fit to play in forward positions I think we will have the ability to get a couple of goals. 2-1 win for Town.

17 days since  their last game , us 4th game in 11 days .   Could work either way .  As long as we don't  do too much tinkering we should get something from it . They will be worried about us also .

All depends which Town team turn up. Wouldn't like to call it.

will take a game or two for the new lads to settle in, but it will be a tight game anyway, i think we will concede first but go on to win nicely

Depends whether the team and the manager decide to ride the wave or not. A performance like the first half at Nuneaton could see Town 2 goals down by half time. A performance like the second half against Barnet could see Town 2 goals up. Depends entirely on the set up and attitude.

Go for it and three points is worth six against Eastleigh. That's what the heart says. The head says Hurst will concentrate on stopping Eastleigh from scoring and anything else will be a bonus.

Happy with a boring 1-0 win tonight !

Clean sheet would be encouraging if we're playing a new defender at left back with limited training.

Love to see a goal from one of our corners !
