It's not that much. Stockwood already confirmed that.

Forgive me if I'm wrong, but I thought that JS said in answer to Matt's question about the fee, "that it wasn't that sum".

Because people can’t read?

This deal is a dream for everyone involved…under Fenty we’d have got £50k, a excrement pre season game, an evening with Yaxley-Lennon and Fenty would’ve got a new patio…

Yaxley-Lennon? Isn’t that our new left back?

He did yes, but from the way he said it and the tone of his voice, I'm almost certain he meant lower than.

You have to also consider that them loaning him back will save us quite a bit in a possible transfer fee for a replacement, plus wages and employer contributions, depending on what sort of agreement we have with them

There was also mentioned the possibility of getting one of their strikers on loan, so I would imagine that taking all that into consideration, the fee won't have been a large one, especially considering that the longer the season goes on, the more his value would have dropped.

Looks like Luton just wanted to get him tied down before other teams started circling and have made a few concessions to us.

Well, 2 tyre kickers bought the club and appointed someone with no experience of football as chief executive officer.

They all more or less admitted it was a new venture for them, out of their depth and had a steep learning curve to learning how to run the club. Well, they used a rocket because they are at the top of their game and pulling no punches.

Promotion back to the EFL at the first attempt and getting a fantastic deal McAtee. It makes you wonder what will happen next, it's also nice to know the club is in good hands.

We may have lost the first game back in the EFL but the future looks good, it's black and white.

Why do we need a striker to replace JM when he is still playing for us all season?

We don't, but we need one for him to play off.
