Liverpool fans rightly boo the national anthem in my opinion. The absolute sh!t they've had from the establishment, as a City and a fan base for 40 years is unforgiveable. If you want to understand a little of what they've been through, victimised and secondarily victimised over and over, by the powers that be in this country, then have a read of this journal article

Its absolutely shocking how they've been treated. Even now, the general narrative in the media that has had an effect on the assumptions of most Brits is that Scousers are 'always the victims'. Well, read that and then assess that opinion if it is one you hold.

They think Liverpool isn't a part of England that's why they still sing Irish Republican songs the flipping idiots.


In his three stints as Grimsby Town manager spanning over 10 years the club was never relegated and he also guided them to three promotions.
Only 14 managers have reached 1,000 matches in charge of a Football League team by 1998 and Buckley is one of them.
