I still think Jolley was an interesting / ambitious appointment and I generally liked him as our manager.

Not at all, I’ve listened to his interview at Birmingham City when installed there alongside Lee Bowyer, which was much more in depth. I’ve listened to the reporter from Birmingham Mail on how popular he was with players and other staff.

Of course it can all go horribly wrong, nothing is a given in football, but being handed a 4 year contract shows faith in his ability and I’m happy with that.
