They're both hiding, and when the ball comes to either of them they just lose or waste possession. Would have Jones off for either Fox or Maguire-Drew (w/ Clifton moving centrally) asap to actually give us a bit of bite in the middle of the park rather than whatever it is our current insipid pairing are offering. Also 100% red card, disgraceful studs first high challenge with force. Glad we at least have a referee today who didn't bottle the decision gary jones

Central midfield having a nightmare and we can barely string 2 passes together. Stockport look good but probably not as good as we've made them look. Very lucky to be in it and a daft challenge by their player who got the red when they were so much in control (I think Efete milked it a bit). Scannell has done well feeding off scraps. McAtee has touched the ball about 5 times. I'd get Jones off for Fox if he's fit enough because he surely can't be worse? Their defence looks a bit too competent for my liking and it wouldn't surprise me if we didn't lay a glove on them in the second half.
