And that’s why only 4400 bothered to turn up.
Disastrous performance

Put a quality CB at RB and bring on an ageing CB on to pair with waterfall and we’re surprised at what happens?!

Other than moving Clifton to RB I’m not sure there was any other alternatives?

Shocked and very disappointed. We always seem to mess up. We never know which Grimsby Town will turn up. It's the old problem of consistency (lack of).

Agreed. My head's been done in season after season. I was optimistic of three points tonight but I'm now back in the depths of depression. Desperate for this club to be in the FL and performing well. It's not going to happen.

Oh ffs. Bad result tonight and one we could ill afford, but turning around a team from more or less scratch in probably the strongest non-league division of all time is no small task.

I can’t be arsed to rake over the coals of the rights and wrongs of last season, but we’re about par for the season I’d say.

We’d have had a much better chance of the play-offs had we won tonight, but it hasn’t disappeared entirely. Another big game on Saturday. No need for melodrama.

I can sort of understand us struggling against big spenders like Chesterfield and Stockport but we should be more than competitive with everyone else in his league
