I see Bromley boss Andy Woodman is the favourite to become the new manager of League One Gillingham ahead of their match with us on Saturday.

Could be a distraction for them and work in our favour, you never know.

When Leeds trainer Les Cocker was once told Norman Hunter had broken a leg, he asked: “Whose is it?”

It does tend to have a negative effect on a team when a manager apparently has his head turned. I do hope he's still with them though and that we stuff them after their antics at their place.

Turning his head will be easy, getting his gut down the Medway may be a bigger challenge!
