Income needs to be more towards 7 days per week than just home games and the current shop sales.

More income equals potential better players.

Better players will mean higher wages.

Better players will want better facilities and ways to sell themselves.

Director pockets are not bottomless and fans need to realise that promotion this year may not happen, but facilities and infrastructure are changing for the better.

If we look after players better, then we could attract players at a higher standard, who can then recommend us from how they are treated.

Players talk, so loans could be easier if higher up clubs know that we will care for loanees and they can then play regularly to improve us as a side.

What we cannot tolerate is a "star player" on lots higher wages bringing resentment to the squad moving forward.

What do fans want, sensible and thoughtful fiscal governance of the club, by 2 genuine businessmen who are fans, or a tyrannical "my way goes" system, which will still hang over us until payments have been fulfilled??

No false promises, other than them wanting to make the club business wise and facilities improved.

I will be watching for who may be tempted to come in as future sponsors and investors. These companies will be where we see funds eventually going into future player acquisitions.

There was a guy in the directors seats the other day vs Halifax, supposedly one of the richest guys in Grimsby, Stuart or Steven Clarke off the top of my head? Someone I'm sure will correct me on his name and give a bit more context.
