I have been jabbed and boosted, been in my local and taken precautions. So far I have remained clean from the bug. If we end up relegated because of this, I am afraid we will be like Aldershot and Southport. A football wasteland! Living in Exile since 1980, but still have Black and White blood!

I say we follow sturgeon, she leads and Johnson follows If anything, despite the actions of the Jocks and the Welsh, it’s looking increasingly unlikely that Omicron is going to cause mass hospitalisation and / or death in this country. I would say with some confidence right now that it’s unlikely we’ll see games in England played behind closed doors. There are going to be fixture headaches as a result of the next three or four weeks, but little more than that. I do think this temporary cessation of play for Town could be a good thing. As and when we regroup and play our next game, it’s a fresh start. A smooth sea never made a skillful mariner.
