It's his quad, Hurst did once intimate that he was baffled by it...it's awful for the lad though, so much talent but it appears his legs just can't keep up .. heartbreaking really..

Has loads of potential and clearly has the raw attributes to be a really good player for us. Some players sadly, despite the hunger, work-ethic and talent, are just let down by their bodies. This is quite a sensible suggestion Davec.  . Hypermobility  or  E.D.S. can cause all sorts of problems in the joints and can eventually lead to arthritis although the joints can stiffen with age to make them more stable. but sitting in the same position  ( eg on a coach ) can be detrimental. Light exercise after coach journey can be beneficial to sportsmen.    Dr  Golfer Bs Hio Fcp

Let's hope has a bit more luck although it appears to be more than just a case of misfortune. He'll know himself with his contract up in June that this is a pivotal season for him.
