If not it didn’t happen. And if it did it happens elsewhere too. And Blatter & Platini didn’t really mean to commit fraud, it was just high spirits. Football is a passionate game.  If you can’t commit the odd act of fraud without people taking offence on behalf of others, what can you do these days? Anyway, surely it’s non-football!
