Just thought back to their goal yesterday and I seem to recall Sousa losing possession in midfield as he tried to slalom across the pitch. Is that correct or am I having a false memory?

I have to admit to being somewhat under the weather yesterday and probably shouldn't have been at the game, so my attention span was not what it normally is.

Once again I read a pointless negative post or 3 and once again its the same poster 😦

I enjoyed the game until around the 80th minute. Enjoyed my first game back at BP since covid and loved my food in the main stand. Result was the only negative point. UTM

Yeah I think you’re right and I think we allowed at least one of their players to make an untracked run on the back of it, though a number of things could have been done better in between the Sousa incident and Macca picking the ball out of the net. To be fair to them they got numbers forward and you can’t knock them for that.

As far as I am concerned losing at home without even having a shot on target is crap yes. Others however might see it as satisfactory, matter of opinion really. One poster (clearly suffering the after effects of Covid) enjoyed it because the food was good FFS. Let's see how many are still happy if we fail to get promotion next May

Technically, we did have a couple of shots on target. They just never reached their target.

A fantastic block by their defender from LJL first half and a Sousa shot that was deflected over the bar for a corner was maybe on target before it hit the defenders boot.

We weren't crap. Two decent sides cancelling each other out with differing styles of play would be my take on it.
