News on development of the Kasbah area of the docks should be announced soon. Along with the already announced conversion of the Ice factory, the future of the docks area looks to be very promising. Kasbah  , where in africa   never heared it called that and i worked on the docks for too many years to remember ..A Kasbah is  the citadel of a North African city.
"a town dominated by its ancient kasbah"  Not a row of shops that sell fish and clothing etc

Google it and the Grimsby Live article from a while back shows some good pics. Would look ace if developed similar to Hulls Humber street with bars and restaurants alongside restored listed buildings.
