A brilliant 76 entries this game, the most we've had for a while. This gives me £760. As mentioned earlier I will be donating some to Matt Newton's Blood Cancer Charity. I will donate £150 which will leave me with a prize pot of £610,

First prize will be £350. There will also be 3 prize pots of £60 for, the first team(s) that scores nil for 3 successive weeks, the team(s) who finish last when the 1st prize is won, and also the team to sack their manager first, during the course of the game.

This will leave me with £80 which I will share (£20) at random to 4 entrants who have not won a prize during the game.

You can only win one £60 prize but you can win the first prize as well as a £60 prize.

A quick resume of the rules. Your team needs to score EXACTLY 21 goals. Only goals at the weekend count (Friday-Monday). If your team plays twice in this period, only the first game counts. If for any reason your team does not play in that period, then you score a default 2 goals.

If a game is abandoned then you also score a default 2 goals, unless your team has already scored more than 2, and then the goals your team has scored at the abandonment will be taken.

If you go over 21 goals, then you are bust and out of the game. The game will start with the Friday night Championship game tonight.

Wigan have won the first prize. I am finalised the finished table and will post this later this evening.

Well, The Mighty Mariners and Liverpool both bust today scoring 5 goals, but Wigan scored the 4 goals they needed to claim a share of the £350 first prize for Willesden Mariner. The lowest score prize of £60 was won by Mansfield for Lynsey Lou.

There are still a number of games to play on Sunday and Monday and although very unlikely a freak result, however unlikely, could see the prize shared.

What I intend to do before sending out the first prize is to wait until all games have been played. I won't have time on Monday evening but on Tuesday morning I will send all winnings out and I will select the 4 random £20 prizes from all entries who did not win a prize. I will send out the lowest prize this evening, as that cannot change.
