Can't believe they have found somebody daft enough to actually pay money for it.  Can't see how a theatre or whatever will make any money there, especially since you have to get through the gatehouse to access it.

To be honest this failed used car salesman is wanting his docks development and will do anything to upset the apple cart that is Grimsby Town to do so. He did so before and will do so again.
