Quoted from Abdul19

They had Shamima Begum providing sick content from Baku for MOTDX.

I picked up on that too.

Rumours on GB News that Lineker, Shearer and Richards have been asked to drop the second ‘z’ in Gazza whenever they discuss Euro 96 on Friday, in solidarity with their Palestinian Marxist brothers.

I don't mind which channel or commentators I watch as long as it's not Robbie Savage
Can't stand the guy. I usually end up hitting the mute button after 10 minutes

ITV for me, I detest paying the TV Tax to the BBC

At least it stops Murdoch adding another media outlet to his empire.

Just to be clear...

You need a TV licence to watch TV. It's true that TV licence payments fund the BBC, but you can't just stop paying for your TV licence and watch other channels. That's illegal.

If you don't like the BBC, don't watch it. If you don't like the fact that TV licence money goes to the BBC, write to your MP.

My bro wrote with glee on social media that he'd stopped paying his TV licence fee as he hated the 'woke left-leaning snowflakes' on the BBC. The fact that he gets irritated by the BBC makes him a snowflake, not that he agrees of course.

Another master stroke by the government media machine is to convince the hard of thinking that the BBC is a Marxist, left leaning organisation.

Quite happy to pay the license fee myself.

Think the coverage from both sides is ok in the main, with annoying bits thrown in. Prefer it without the adverts, so BBC my preference. I just ignore boring gits like Shearer or Jenas babbling on.

What many people fail to realise is that they pay without having any choice whatsoever for all the other channels that are solely funded by advertising. The companies that advertise simply put that cost onto the products that you pay for every day.

The agenda against the BBC is clearly rising in momentum (mainly due to both brexiteers and remainers complaining they were biased) which kind of proves they weren’t. What we’ll end up with is. BBC subscription service which costs twice the price for half the content currently provided.

Having spent a year in Australia, where every channel has adverts every 6 mins, I value the BBC highly.

I've paid to watch the BBC, no problem.
So why do I have to have so many repeats to fill the screen which I have already paid for. Surely a refund is in order as I have viewed the original and don't need to watch it again.

If you don't think the BBC's coverage is biased to the left, then that's because your political persuasion is that way too. Hard to tell if it's specifically left or if it's more critical of the government that's in power, but the reporters who are obviously left wing are constantly adding their narrative on events into a story where I just want the facts. Tell me what ridiculous thing BJ has done today and I'll make my mind up whether it's just Boris being Boris, or it's actually a bad decision that will affect the country negatively.

The commentators on both channels are annoying. Just the crowd noises for me or it's on mute.
Find the before, during and after chats with the 'guests' a complete waste of time. Same old drivel time after time.
Jonathan Pearce and 'I've done it all (but not very good' Robbie Savage are by far the worst of the bunch.
Shearer would do well working for an Undertaker he has the ability to bore you to death.

Rant over.

Bring back Ken Wolstenholme!
