Do we do it ASAP or wait until closer to the start of the season so we have a better idea of who is playing for us? Do we do a series of polls, one each for defenders, midfielders and forwards, and then do  a winner takes all from the winners of each area? Do we open it up to all members of the Fishy to vote, or just to those who have contributed financially?
