Keates binned at Wrexham. Owners don’t seem to be hanging about and presumably want some decent content for their behind-closed-doors programme being filmed next year.

They chuck in a few hundred grand and make it all back twice over in advertising? Another problem for us next year.

With the play-offs finishing on 20th June, we and Southend will have had a six-week head start on the play-off losers.

Definitely seems like the first season back will be our best chance if we can grow a good side quickly.  Going to be very tough.

Only if there chairman are very short sighted all clubs in those situations, will , like we had,  will prepare for scenarios and will be ready to push the button on either plan.....its probably the teams going up that may be impacted more, those staying down could easily just "go again"

Notts County v Chesterfield / National League Elimination Round / 16:00 BT Sport 1

Chesterfield take the lead (28 min)

Oh hang on 1-1 (31 min)

Great atmosphere.

When Leeds trainer Les Cocker was once told Norman Hunter had broken a leg, he asked: “Whose is it?”

If anyone hasn't got BT Sport and fancies watching the game, I've just got it via the BET365 site

Missed the two goals already scored but sounds like a good atmosphere at Meadow Lane

Chesterfield should have scored there, one on one with the keeper.

Great game.

Totally - probably had too much time to think about what he was going to do

He might rue that miss

Play off games like this are always good to watch as a neutral
