This surely can't be true! I thought Hurst never ever plays a young player

Well why not! Rose is dire, we’ve tried everyone else, the senior players have let us down time and time again, good on you Hursty and Evan

Good luck to the lad. Let’s hope it’s the start of giving some of the younger lads some first team opportunities.

I would like to see Ira get a run of game to the end of the season just to look at if he would be any use to us in the National  league

In his three stints as Grimsby Town manager spanning over 10 years the club was never relegated and he also guided them to three promotions.
Only 14 managers have reached 1,000 matches in charge of a Football League team by 1998 and Buckley is one of them.

Well, there's no Morais or Williams. Scannell was going to be involved but is then injured in training. Wright still out as is Mizouni, so we're not exactly inundated with options are we?

Tough game to make your debut, but good luck to the lad.

I have heard only good things about the lad.

Good luck today Evan and to the team we really need a win.

Well at least I saw us win at Bolton 2-1 but thought that was in the 80''s.
