I feel a decision of this nature should have been put to the members and not only decided by the board.
I joined the trust to have a say but I am no longer afforded that opportunity.

As a board we are unanimous in our support of moving from a PLC to a private Ltd company and we are strong in our belief and knowledge that both the membership and the fanbase are of the same mind to ensure that the takeover happens quickly after the EGM.

If you feel that we have made a wrong decision and don't support it then by all means please do contact us.  We have been criticised in the past for not being strong in our convictions and this was one decision we are absolutely confident to commit to.

Just like in a general election , you recently had the opportunity to vote for a representative to sit on the board , a representative that best shares your views on how you want the Trust to operate.  Thats democracy, you vote for the person/ party and let them get on with it.
