Let me ask you the question I have asked before Philippe which you have conveniently neglected to answer.Did John Fenty know of Alex May's convictions, before forming a company with him. He either knew and felt they were insignificant. Or didn't know which shows a shocking lack of due diligence.
Which one was it..
Why does that even matter? Explain to me where there is a law against forming a limited company (non-trading incidentally), with someone that has a criminal record? What concern should it ever have been to any single GTFC fan, since Alex May was never going to have any board, or managerial executive powers over or within Grimsby Town Football Club? Are you aware of anyone else that supports Grimsby Town FC in any way, be that fan, investor or shareholder, that has a criminal record? Think very carefully. Is this some sort of moral high ground, that has been heavily flavoured and weighted, merely to used as another John Fenty hate hammer to bash him with. It’s comical the way that people will grab hold of this sort of stuff to support their angst.

No law against it, as you well know. Just speaks volumes about morals, integrity and sheer arrogance.

It is a matter of personal integrity(you may have to look that concept up),nobody has to look very hard to find hammers to beat him up,he provides plenty himself. Nothing improper with introducing a convicted fraudster to the Local Authority of which that person was deputy leader ,the same council that would be granting regeneration funds .Think you must have been sitting near a magnet too long your moral compass is totally distorted.

I’m baffled how and why anyone would try and put a gloss on the Alex May saga. Also, why so much use of the hate word? I don’t believe anyone with any morsel of humanity on this board hates John Fenty but hates what has happened to the club under his tenure.

Classic example of passive aggression displayed by Filippe here instead of answering the question he has to turn St John the Martyr into the victim.

Alex May said so when he was interviewed by David Burns on BBC Radio Humberside. I know he’s a twice convicted fraudster but I don’t see why we should question him when he says Fenty introduced him to council officials.

I see old Fingers Nonces is at it again. Defending the indefensible.
If anyone normal was getting this much abuse, they’d start to question what it was about their own behaviour. You know, have a bit of self-doubt. Not for Nonces and his boss.
