First half Scunny sounded decent, 2-0 up, took the foot off the gas and just defended the 18 yd line against a very one dimensional sounding Vale. Scunny have won 2 of their winnable games in a week but have to play again Friday. We have lost our "winnable" games. Apart from Sarfend, the others have games in hand so we could still fall further behind while that plays itself out. We’ve got a few new players in, but nothing like the quantity we need and not great quality either, then there’ll be bedding in time while a bed team takes its shape. Several more dark weeks ahead of us. In WWII terms we’re still in Winter 1940-41. Alamein is a long way off. We need Scunny to go off and open up a new front 😆. We need to get winning so.e games soon to avoid being one of 4 or 5 teams that will be cut adrift at some point very soon
