I've never rated Waterfall. He did okay with Lincoln with much better players around him. Other than that his career has been almost entirely non-league apart from some time at Shrewsbury where he wasn't rated at all. And even in non-league he didn't stand out. He was woeful when up against Podge and Bogle the season we got promoted.

Spot on.  I could put a team together to contain Town.  Maybe wouldn't win but would just tell them to attack and hope GTFC make a mistake - which is likely. Town are predictable and pedestrian.  Not one player will take responsibility.
