Yes but you wouldn’t think so. He’s the guy who said it’s a victimless crime to defraud banks and building societies.

He must have given up reverence of the law when he retired.

Through the door there came familiar laughter,
I saw your face and heard you call my name.
Oh my friend we're older but no wiser,
For in our hearts the dreams are still the same.

Isn't he the one that Said Ian Runaway recorded a conversation and played it to the board, whilst it is legal to record a phone call for your own use, recording someone without their permission and using that in a meeting is illegal. Maybe Messrs Petit, Shutes and Stockwood want to look into that.

FENTY OUT

I’m sure it was legal to have your stenographer take meeting notes when Mr Day was still a practising* solicitor. He just hasn’t caught up with technology and the change in law.

* after 40 years practicing you’d think he’d be good by now.

Look, can you leave the chap alone? He deserves his 9th chance and anyway, his crimes are practically victimless, he only stole (large amounts) from institutions...nobody cares if you steal from them...

We can’t argue with the almighty leader and his polyester jacket wearing Pinocchio...
