This feels like the end game. There’s an offer on the table with the relegation clause removed, he has no more leverage.

Fenty is a man that doesn’t want to sell who has been very cleverly backed into a corner by smarter business men than him.

It’s now or never John, for god sake get off the pot and let someone else have a excrement.


(Also how refreshing to see statements that are well written, sincere and not an absolute embarrassment)

Its all getting rather stupid It was blatantly obvious that the Shutes syndicate would come back with another offer despite any deadline being set by Fenty.

The offer is now without any 'relegation clause' which is just as well for Fenty as we sure as intercourse are headed that way

A continued refusal therefore can surely only be that he wants it in one lump not three payments
