It's not like Schutes, Stockwood and Petit to sling personal insults in their statements and there's quite a few if you read through it. Hope I'm wrong but I'm thinking some very educated and clever anti-Fenty(whom I'm one but no where near sharp enough to write that) individual may have penned it.
